Responsibilities

Achieve the production plan (Quality and quantity) in order to meet the internal customer requirements
- - Resource Planning
- Review of daily model- wise plans & actual achievements and analyse losses
- - Monitoring performance
- - Adherence of process audit plans

Controlling and improving the Cost parameters (Rejection, Consumable, Tool Cost, Tool Breakage) of section to improve profitability
- - Defining consumption norms & monitoring periodically
- - Analysis of gaps & preparing / monitoring control plans
- - daily DWM discussion of Quality parameters and action taken to avoid quality related failures
- - Product Conversion cost
- - Ensuring zero Quality Incidents

Create a conducive, harmonious & safe work environment to facilitate smooth operations
