Oversee the complete contract lifecycle operations across case management, shared mailboxes, SAP & Salesforce workflows

Ensure timely handling of tickets, emails, follow ups, escalations, and closure of cases in alignment with SLAs

Lead day to day team operations including workload allocation, queue monitoring, backlog management, and first time right quality review

Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and other cross functional teams to resolve queries, exceptions, and documentation gaps
