• Machine Operations: Set up and operate machines safely to meet production targets.
• Laminating Operations: Set up and operate laminating machinery to produce beams to specification.
• Quality Control: Monitor product quality and make adjustments to keep production on track.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and help maintain a safe environment for the whole team.
• Teamwork: Work with your team to keep production flowing smoothly.
