Annual salary: up to £36,498.63. Location: Sedgefield. Contract: Permanent, Full‑time. Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm.

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Tiler to join our responsive repairs and maintenance team, working across social occupied and void properties. This hands‑on role involves carrying out high‑quality wall and floor tiling in bathrooms and kitchens, supporting minor plastering and making‑good works. Working across both occupied and void properties, you’ll take pride in workmanship, deliver a right‑first‑time approach, and provide a professional service when working in residents’ homes. The role ensures homes are safe, functional and finished to a high standard.
