Torepair theunacceptableconditionsofthewalls,ceiling,floor tilesofthehospitalaswellas staffaccommodationsand to follow theworksassigned by supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

Repair plant rooms,patient rooms,and allhospitalpremisesforanydamages.

Modification & installation ofanydesired area or in newprojects.

Provide suggestion and handleanydemolitionsorextensionsofthe hospital.

Anyemergencyand urgent mattermust take immediate action.

Anymajorrequired demolition or anyrequired changesto be informed to theCivilUnit Manager and General Maintenance Manager in order to arrange required DSFH management approval.

Follow any project or renovation under Civil unit scope and ensure full compliance to related scope of work.

Conduct daily round to inspect the tiles status and conduct required repair accordingly
