Tiktok Specialist VA

Overview 

We are seeking a highly proactive and creative TikTok Growth & Creator Partnerships Manager to help scale our brand's presence across TikTok, TikTok Shop, and short-form social commerce channels. This role will focus on driving brand awareness, affiliate growth, creator sourcing, UGC coordination, and TikTok Shop performance. You will also leverage AI-powered tools to streamline content production and automation workflows. The ideal candidate understands modern social commerce, creator-led growth, and the fast-moving nature of TikTok trends and conversion-focused content. This is a hands-on growth role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and can combine creativity with operational execution.
