About the team

We are the Thailand TikTok Shop by Seller Management team, committed to helping small and medium-sized sellers to grow their businesses and succeed on TikTok Shop through seller incubation programs, education activities, campaign/ growth policies and subsidy programs. Responsibilities:
- Break down complex business problems and design actionable analyses.
- Work with datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in seller and category performance.
- Develop insights and present clear, structured findings to support decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement recommendations and track outcomes.
- Take ownership of analysis projects from start to finish; proactively identify follow-ups and additional questions.
- Contribute to system-building: create templates, dashboards, or playbooks to streamline recurring analytical tasks.
