TikTok E-Commerce Live Host

Responsibilities

• Host and manage live streaming sessions on social media and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, TikTok, Shopee, etc.)
• Engage and interact with live audiences, responding to questions and comments in real-time.
• Manage all online/e‑commerce activities in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and reporting.
• Develop and implement an e‑commerce strategy/plan to improve performance on platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Tik Tok, and Instagram.
• Manage the upload of all new products, images, and descriptions to e‑commerce marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, etc.).
• Form and execute the right strategic and tactical sales plans to drive the e‑commerce business.
• Coordinate and develop images, videos, etc. for promotion on social media.
• Monitor online customer feedback and act as the main point of contact for the assigned e‑commerce marketplace and website ...
