Key Responsibilities
1. Livestream Operations & Coordination

• Execute livestream plans and schedules in line with campaigns and promotions.
• Coordinate with hosts, moderators, and production teams to ensure smooth livestream execution.
• Monitor livestream sessions in real time and troubleshoot technical or operational issues.

• Manage livestream operations using OBS Studio and optimize audio/visual setups.

• Performance Monitoring & Improvement

• Track key livestream KPIs such as GMV, engagement rate, and Enter Room Rate.

• Monitor real-time analytics, make on-the-spot adjustments, and prepare post-livestream reports.

• Analyse performance data and audience feedback to improve livestream quality and content strategy.

• Content & Team Management

• Design and optimize livestream visuals (text, layout, backgrounds, stickers, GIFs).
