We are looking for a results-driven TikTok Agent with prior industry experience to join our team and lead the growth of our digital creator portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of talent, from initial scouting and onboarding to the strategic oversight of their content and monetization cycles. You will work closely with creators to refine their brand identity, optimize their video hooks for the TikTok algorithm, and ensure all content remains compliant with platform community guidelines.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of TikTok LIVE operations, including the coordination of PK battles and the management of TikTok Shop integrations to maximize revenue and tracking daily performance metrics.
