**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled TIG Welders for our manufacturing operations in Orlando, FL. This role is pivotal in the fabrication of critical, high-performance components where precision welding, blueprint interpretation, and adherence to strict quality standards are essential.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform advanced TIG welding on Inconel alloys such as 625.
+ Interpret and weld according to blueprints and weld symbols.
+ Complete full-penetration groove welds to specification.

**Essential Skills**

+ Extensive experience in TIG welding on Inconel alloys.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.
+ Experience in passing formal weld qualification tests.
