This role focuses on precision TIG welding of small hand-sized components for aerospace and defense applications, primarily using aluminum and stainless steel. You will interpret welding symbols, follow strict quality standards, and contribute to the production of high-reliability parts in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality TIG welding on small parts approximately the size of a hand for aerospace and defense products.
• Weld primarily on aluminum components, with additional work on stainless steel and other alloys as needed.
• Read and interpret welding symbols and technical drawings to ensure accurate weld placement and specifications.
• Use appropriate welding techniques for aluminum and stainless steel, maintaining consistent weld quality and appearance.
