**TIG Welder – Day Shift**
**Temp to Hire position in Fort Collins in I-25 and Mulberry Exit**
**Pay:** $28-$32 per hour (based on weld test/interview)

**Schedule:** Monday–Thursday
**Day Shift:** 5:00 am - 3:30 pm

**TIG welding involves the fabrication and assembly of customer-specified enclosures, ensuring precision, strength, and durability. Welders work with aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel to construct enclosure cabinets, support structures, and customized components that meet exact specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.**

**Role and Responsibilities**

+ Read and interpret specifications & blueprints.
+ Lay out, fit, or connect parts to be welded, calculating production measurements, as necessary.
+ Set up & operate welding machines to fabricate metal products or assemblies.
