Join a leading industrial engineering and construction organization specializing in large-scale fabrication, material handling systems, and industrial equipment. We are hiring a TIG Welder to support fabrication and installation projects in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. This role is ideal for welders experienced in precision work and industrial fabrication, with the ability to contribute to complex, high-quality builds.

**Pay:** $20–$26/hour (DOE)

**Schedule:** First Shift | Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

**Location:** Aurora, CO

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Perform TIG welding on structural, mechanical, and custom-fabricated components
+ Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings
+ Weld components used in industrial systems such as conveyors, structural assemblies, and equipment frames
