Summary: Based in Andover, MA the Welder will perform essential job functions associated with welding metal parts together as specified using TIG welder.
Essential Job Functions (Duties and Responsibilities): The primary duties consist of, but are not limited to the following.
This very active position will fabricate, join, and/or repair customer products, capsules, equipment, fixtures, and various types of metal objects and structures using TIG welding techniques. In addition, you will:
- Set up and operate TIG welder according to specifications.
- Equipment set-up, including loading/unloading parts.
- Monitor welding process and making adjustments to equipment as necessary.
- Inspect and checking dimensions using precision gauges and measuring instruments.
