• Implement the purchase of timber according to the orientation and requirements of the Company.
• Responsible for searching and approaching wood suppliers in all regions such as companies, suppliers, wood project owners, and forest owners... after that, negotiating and signing the purchase contracts/agreements.
• Be in charge of planning to purchase woods and controlling the quality/quantity, schedule to deliver on time, and meet the purchasing requirements.
• Maintaining good relationships with the partners, customers, and relevant local government in order to ensure a smooth process of wood materials purchasing and delivery, guaranteeing long-term cooperation.
• Coordinating with other departments to complete the purchase procedure.
• Other responsibilities shall be followed to assignment by the higher manager
