A collaborative, relationship‑based partnership model underpins delivery to achieve positive outcomes for individuals and wider communities.

Role Title

0.5 FTE Throughcare Community Worker – based in Fife, covering Males, Females and Young People.

Responsibilities

• Support people returning to their community after a short‐term sentence or period on remand, providing relational and practical support tailored to their needs.
• Collaborate with Throughcare Prison Worker colleagues and partner organisations to co‑coordinate pre‑release planning and ensure the journey is effectively supported.
