Third Year Coordinator for Clinical Rotations

Overview


The Third Year Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Clinical Education/Clinical Dean. The coordinator will be responsible for collecting and processing the clinical rotations forms, maintaining rotation schedules, and the data necessary to maintain the third-year clinical rotation student files.


Responsibilities


+ Serves as a liaison between the school (Clinical Education) and the affiliated clinical sites

+ Assures that all matters reported by the clinical rotation sites/hospital are communicated to the Director of Clinical Education/Clinical Dean

+ Establishes and maintains student tracking software (New Innovations)

+ Serves as a liaison between the student and the Department of Clinical Education

+ Serves as the initial/primary point of contact for the student(s)

+ Participates in annual department review of forms and manuals

+ Assists in administrative process...
