Manufacturing Support: Responsible for resolving manufacturing and assembly process challenges.

Process Expertise: Practical expertise in processes such as injection molding, metal fabrication, forging, rubber compounding, and welding – as well as their respective applications – is required.

Role Context

Onsite Collaboration: The successful candidate will work onsite at UAES as part of a joint development team (Bosch & UAES), focusing on thermal management modules.

Customer Application: The team collaboratively develops a base design and directly applies it within customer projects.

Global Responsibility: Following an initial onboarding and development phase, the expert assumes full ownership of their technical domain and supports an international team in deploying solutions across global regions.
