Therapy Team Lead - Addictions

Full Time | 37.5 hours per week | Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Addictions Team Lead to join a well-established, specialist inpatient service in North London. The service provides high-quality, structured treatment within a therapeutic and recovery-focused environment, supporting individuals through evidence-based addiction programmes.

The Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the delivery of the addictions therapy programme. You will lead and manage a small, dedicated team consisting of 1 Senior Therapist and 3 Therapists , ensuring high standards of clinical care, programme delivery, and staff development.
