Therapy Area Specialist

Job Description

A Therapy Area Specialist role, an in‑field marketing position, excels in disease and brand knowledge to enable in‑depth discussion with oncology customers, and supports therapy area strategy development & execution in close collaboration with an oncology cross‑functional team.

What you will do

Customer Engagement

• Demonstrate in‑depth disease, treatment, indication and brand knowledge (including patient pathway, stakeholder mapping) to enable impactful discussion with customers on demand, ensuring service standards are met based on HQ marketing guideline.
• Facilitate speaker programs and peer‑to‑peer clinical experience sharing programs; conduct educational talks to physician groups, and other healthcare stakeholders (e.g., pharmacists, nurses) for product education updates and with HCPs.
