Role Responsibilities

The Therapist provides direct services to individuals, both Youth and Adults, diagnosed with serious and pervasive mental illness. The desired candidate must have diverse, well-developed clinical skills as well as rehabilitation skills, working with a wide range of behavioral and substance abuse problems. The candidate will be well versed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), brief solution focused therapy, group therapy as well as a conceptual understanding of assessment, crisis management, family systems, case management and coordination of services and community resources. Must be able to work within a multi-disciplinary treatment team within a multi-faceted behavioral health care delivery system. Must be able to develop Recovery Plans, complete Adult/Children Needs and Strength Assessments for patients on assigned caseload.
