We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Primary Therapist to join our team in supporting individuals on their journey to substance use recovery and improved mental health. The ideal candidate will have experience working with both substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. Qualifications: To qualify for this position, all applicants MUST have a Master's Degree in Counseling, or a related field AND an active NJ license. Each applicant shall be either an LCADC, LSW, LCSW, Job Responsibilities: Facilitate group counseling sessions as part of the program's structured schedule Conduct clinical assessments to evaluate the clients' therapeutic needs Determining the appropriate level of care according to ASAM criteria Gather and review treatment records to inform clinical decision making Work with clients to create individualized treatment plans that are measurable, goal-oriented, and aligned with recovery-focused care Deliver a range of therapeutic services, incl...
