Responsibilities:
- Screen, evaluate, and develop personalized care plans for patients with physical disabilities or wound care needs.
- Administer therapeutic procedures including manual techniques, ambulation support, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and wound management.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments as needed, and document outcomes accurately in compliance with regulations.
