Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on patient assessments.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to enhance patient mobility and reduce pain.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and safety protocols to support ongoing recovery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
