Therapeutic Mentor

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a compassionate and motivated professional to provide Therapeutic Mentoring and Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) services to youth and families.


• This role involves supporting clients in achieving their mental health and behavioral goals through structured, individualized care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Therapeutic Mentoring Duties: Provide services to client caseload per week (PRP or therapeutic mentoring).


• Conduct pre- and post-assessments as required.
• Develop treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Document weekly sessions accurately and promptly.
• Communicate with families as needed to support client progress.
• Attend required staff meetings and weekly supervision.
• Participate in trainings mandated by the Maryland Community Health Resources Commission.
• Submit data and documentation related to grant requirements.
