Therapeutic Learning Assistant – Creative Graduate Pathway

A forward‑thinking, inclusive primary school in Tower Hamlets (E3) is seeking a Therapeutic Learning Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and social‑emotional challenges through imaginative, therapeutic approaches. Starting September 2026 this full‑time, term‑time role offers a fantastic launchpad into therapeutic and mental‑health careers.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils with Autism, SLCN, and emotional regulation needs
• Use drama, music, art, or play to support therapeutic and learning goals
• Contribute to a compassionate, inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate closely with staff and therapists on targeted support plans

£105–£115 per day, depending on experience and qualifications.
