Therapeutic Home Specialist (Foster Care)

**Description**
**Devereux-Arizona’s Therapeutic Foster Care Program (TFC)** serves children and adults with significant behavioral and emotional needs. Individuals are referred to Devereux via Arizona behavioral health networks and several tribal entities. Therapeutic foster parents are extensively trained to address each individual's intense needs and work with them toward their treatment goals.
Reporting to the Foster Care Coordinator, **Therapeutic Home Specialists (Adult care)** supervise and support therapeutic home providers in maintaining and delivering high quality behavioral health services to TFC individuals who have a wide range of social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Therapeutic Home Specialists typically have a caseload of 10 individuals placed across 5-7 licensed therapeutic foster homes.
