Excellent opportunities have become available for an organised, enthusiastic, and experienced Registered Nurse with a desire to take a leadership role as a Theatre Education Coordinator at a private hospital in Adelaide. This is a part-time opportunity. ABOUT THE ROLE
Your responsibilities will include:Managing the hospital's theatre education portfolio;
Delivering a structured education program for all theatre employees, including providing hands-on support for Graduate Nurses;
Recruitment into and management of the Transitional to Professional Practice Program. Current AHPRA registration;
Minimum 5 years' recent theatre nursing experience;
Sound understanding of relevant standards and legislation;
Sound knowledge of ACORN standards / ACHS Accreditation Standards;
Strategic-minded thinker;
Ability to engage with all members of staff;
