The Village Pub – Sous Chef

Salary: OTE £37,592 per annum, including tronc.

A Sous role at The Village Pub is like no other. You will assist the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen — managing one of the sections, contributing fresh ideas for the menu, overseeing health and safety, ordering, and staff rotas.
