Position Overview

We are seeking a Thai Interpreter to provide real-time, accurate, and confidential interpretation between English and Thai speakers. This role supports a wide range of live phone interactions, including:

• General customer inquiries
• Healthcare, insurance & government-related calls
• Utilities & financial services
• Travel and transportation
• Emergency and high-priority situations (e.g., 911 calls)

This is a remote role, requiring a professional home environment conducive to uninterrupted communication.

Work Schedule

• 8 hours per day + 1-hour break
• 40 hours per week
• Night shift
• Start times between 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Shift rotation every 3 months
• Two rotating off-days weekly
• Availability to work on public holiday...
