Job Description

The Program Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of the TAMFS fire department grant programs, including the Rural VFD Assistance Program, Rural VFD Insurance Program, TIFMAS Grant Assistance Program and the FDEP Loan Program. They will provide supervision and direction to staff within the Capacity Building Department, including oversight of customer service functions such as FireConnect navigation support, technical assistance and program-related inquiries. The Program Coordinator will ensure that customer interactions are handled accurately and professionally, with timely follow-up and issue resolution.
