3.To prepare an order plan, according to the right product, in the right place, at the right time, in the right quantities, at the right price, in the right promotion.

4.To break down the order sheet.

5.To prepare the order costing and price quoting.

6.To set up internal order list.

7.To monitor the garments sample process according to the buyer requirement.

8.To collect the all of garments fabric, accessories & trims.

9.To get lab dips.

10.To ensure buyer approval.

11.To make sure productions follow up.

12.To maintain product quality.

13.To follow up shipment process according to the buyer instructions.

14.To ensure smooth shipment process.

15.To maintain merchandising files and updating time and action plan (TNA) .
