Development of new technical textile materials for conveyor belts (Polyester, Aramide, Polyamide, etc. constructions)
Development of fabric-reinforced rubber technologies 
Definition of technical specifications and requirements for worldwide locations
Support serial introduction of new materials, including smpling, lab testing/evaluation, manufacturing, product testing
Provide technical expertise, drive knowledge sharing, support in problem-solving
Representing central R&D by driving strategic development and ensuring consistent standards across all locations for the field of responsibility
Drive sustainability & innovation
Identify and implement optimization potentials in close cooperation with Purchasing, Platform Development, Product Development, Testing labs
Lead international, cross-functional projects
