Role Description
Responsible for creating and executing print and embroidery designs aligned with brand aesthetics and market trends, while ensuring technical feasibility and seamless coordination with weaving and production teams.
Responsibilities
1. Design Development
·      Develop print and embroidery designs in line with seasonal themes and business requirements
·      Translate design concepts into technically feasible production layouts
·      Prepare accurate design files for production execution
2. Production Coordination
·      Work closely with weaving, embroidery, and production teams to ensure correct design implementation
·      Coordinate with operators and technicians to maintain pattern accuracy and consistency
·      Support sampling activities and production trials
3. Quality & Troubleshooting
·      Monitor samples and bulk production to maintain design integrity
