Work with the design teams to create and develop a unique and individual handmade rug line and work with customers on custom projects.
Meet with sales and customers to review custom projects and new development. Provide design and other meeting materials as require.
Keep up to date on home décor/rugs color, design and sales trends
Communicate with overseas manufacturers for the design and product development of new products and product categories
Work proactively according to development calendar to stay on timelines and work through product approvals
