Testing Technician

**Overview**

Element is looking for a highly motivated **Test Technician** /Technologist to conduct various building performance tests including the setup and analysis of test results to well defined standards and/or standard operating procedures. This position involves sample preparation, physical testing, scheduling, equipment maintenance / calibration, client interaction and report writing.

Salary: $22- $30/hr DOE

**Responsibilities**

• Participates in client correspondence and project coordination
• Coordinates testing of construction products, building envelope assemblies including glazing systems
• Understanding of test requirements as per relevant standards and specifications.
• Involved in sample preparation, test setup, data collection & analysis.
• Write technical reports complete with full specimen description, relevant reference standard/specification, and test results.
