Testing Technician

Element is expanding and we’re looking for a Graduate Test Technician / Engineer to join our Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) team in Malvern. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career engineer to gain hands-on experience, structured training, and exposure to cutting-edge products across multiple industries.
Carry out EMC & Radio Frequency (RF) testing in anechoic chambers
Use specialist equipment (spectrum analysers, oscilloscopes, EMI receivers)
A degree or strong academic background in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Physics or a related STEM discipline
A genuine interest in engineering, electronics, or product testing
EMC or RF experience beneficial but not essential — training provided
