Testing Technician Lead

The overall objective of the Testing Technician Lead is to lead the work of testing and troubleshooting during the final assembly phase of electrical control and distribution equipment prior to client delivery to ensure product excellence and optimal functionality. Consistent and accurate representation of the Mission Critical Group brand, mission, vision, values, and organizational strategy are essential to achieving the goals of the organization.

Accountabilities

• Supervise and schedule staff on projects to meet quality standards and on-time shipment requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and direct corrective actions of Testing Technicians by demonstrating advanced knowledge and technical skills for testing Low and Medium Voltage switchgear.
• Perform diagnostics, troubleshoot, investigate, advise ONCR/NCRs, and repair all custom-built equipment prior to client shipment. <...
