Testing Engineer

POSITION SUMMARY

• UPS testing activity. 
• Able to handle customers Inspections.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conduct FWT (Factory witness Test) /FAT (Factory acceptance Test) as per approved QAP/customer requirements. Answer customer queries, if any. (Knowledge of all Power products is required)
2. Monitor & analyses UPS failure data during testing. Initiate action on the same in coordination with Production/IPQA/IQA.
3. Responsible for maintenance activity of test bay & load bank.
4. Maintain test equipment’s need to do calibration on regular basis.
5. Help DVT/Engineering/application team for new product/component testing. 
6. Provide product /technical training (as & when required) to newly joined engineer (Services or any other department) 
7. Ready to work in shifts.
