Testing & Commissioning Engineer (Renewable Energy-Solar) – HQ Based

We are looking for a T&C Engineer to join our team. The candidate shall be detail-oriented, socially adaptive and a quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: Lead and supervise a team (10 each project) of testing & commissioning crew consisting of in‑house engineers, technicians and OEM representatives.
• Planning: Develop & execute comprehensive testing & commissioning plans. Define & coordinate testing procedures & protocols for all equipment
• Lead the I‑V curve tracing crew with proper testing procedures.
• Lead the OEM representatives on pre‑commissioning, cold commissioning, and hot commissioning checks to ensure compliance with proper procedures.
• Perform hands‑on testing and commissioning of the SCADA, PPC, EMS,
• Communication system and other electrical systems.
• Perform PV contractual performance, and acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issue...
