Testing CoE Test Manager

Description

· Should have 15+ years of experience in application development specific to quality assurance and quality engineering.

· 15+ years of experience and proficient in test definition, capable of developing test plans and test cases from functional, technical specifications

· 15+ years of working knowledge (preferably hands on experience) with test automation and driving test automation plan with the tools like Selenium, Java, exposure to robot framework, Jenkins, Azure DevOps.

· Extensive experience in coordinating and managing the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End-to-end testing.

· Knowledge of GenAI based solutions is preferred

· 6+ years of experience in handling communication with stakeholders

· Excellent problem solving, analytical and communication skills

· Excellent stakeholder management skills.

· Skills to engage with the team to expand areas of testing and quality
