Manpower is partnering with a leading manufacturing company in Watsonville, CA to hire a **Test Technician** . This role is ideal for someone with hands-on technical experience who enjoys working with testing equipment and supporting engineering teams in a production environment.

**What is the Job:**

+ Perform electrical, mechanical, and functional testing of parts, subassemblies, and finished products
+ Set up, operate, and maintain test equipment, fixtures, and measurement tools
+ Accurately record test data, results, and observations in logs and reports
+ Identify, document, and report test failures or discrepancies to Engineering and Quality teams
+ Assist engineers with troubleshooting, failure analysis, and process improvements
+ Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards at all times
