Test Technician

Job Description

Test Technicians are part of the Production Tests Team. Under supervision of the Production Tests Team Leader, Test Technicians are responsible for updating test procedures, executing board/equipment level tests, and reporting results.

Core Activities:

• Test procedures: For each verification test activity at the board/equipment level, update test procedures describing objectives, configuration and setups, instrumentation step‑by‑step and success criteria. Procedures are derived from the Test Plan prepared by a Technical Manager.


• Test execution: Prepare and use multiple jigs and tooling fixtures. Collaborate with senior technicians and test engineers. Perform tests with concentration and care under tight schedule and customer pressure; may require double shift, evening shift or weekends. Raise NCRs during board test execution.
