**Job Description**
The Test Technician performs advanced testing, diagnosis, and repair of complex electronic assemblies and systems while ensuring all products meet strict manufacturing and quality standards. This role involves hands-on work with circuit boards and electronic subassemblies, detailed documentation of test results, and collaboration with engineering to improve designs and test procedures.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform advanced testing and diagnosis of complex electronic assemblies and systems.
+ Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot circuit boards and assemblies down to the component level.
+ Verify that all products comply with lean manufacturing practices and rigorous quality standards.
+ Record testing data, accurately log errors, and thoroughly document repairs and rework performed.
