**Overview**
Element has an opportunity for a **Test Technician Supervisor** . The Test Technician Supervisor is responsible for management of the Test Technician Department and Instrumentation team. The role will promote the Element Safety Culture, Quality, and Reliability to our customer testing requirements. The Supervisor will ensure the development of staff and encourage career growth. Cross training will be the core of the department to succeed in the growth of the testing business.
Salary: $90,000- $120,000/yr DOE
**Responsibilities**
• Perform Testing - Monitor tests per specifications, interact with customers if needed, troubleshoot, and document all pertinent data. Often mentors less experienced Technicians in the process
• Delegate daily activities to the staff and define the weekly capacity schedule.
• Work closely with the responsible Project Engineer and PM to ensure the schedule is being met.
