Test Technician

**Overview**

Element has an opportunity for a **Test Technician** to join our rapidly expanding team. As a member of the operations team, the Test Technician position performs a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under direct supervision.

Salary: $20- $30/hr DOE






**Responsibilities**

+ Sets up and conducts environmental simulation tests specifically focused on Dynamics: Vibration and Shock, but also including Climatics: Temperature/Humidity, Thermal Shock, Salt Spray, HALT, IP and NEMA Spray, Drop, Compression, Cargo Bounce, Accelerated Weathering, Acceleration, Altitude, Thermal Vacuum, and Pressure.
+ Documents test setup, progression, and results
+ Organizes and documents data for each assigned project in the project’s test log
