Test Technician

Adecco is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Test Technician Engineer** to support manufacturing operations by developing, performing, and maintaining test processes that ensure products meet design and quality specifications. This role involves working with electrical, mechanical, and software-based testing systems, troubleshooting failures, analyzing data, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

**Schedule:** 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Set up, operate, and maintain production test equipment and fixtures to verify product performance
+ Conduct electrical, mechanical, and/or software-based testing for safety, capacity, compliance, and functionality
+ Troubleshoot test failures, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions
