Test Process Engineer

Primary Functions:

• Design, develop, implement, and control test manufacturing processes to produce products that meet performance specifications, quality standards, and cost requirements.
• Improve test productivity via test process simplification and test process improvement project.

Duties/Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead test process optimization projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness of test process, reducing test cycle time, implementing automated test solutions, and minimizing manual effort.
2. Review and optimize manufacturing testing methodologies and procedures.
3. Monitor, analyze and interpret manufacturing test data to identify trends and sources of yield loss.
4. Troubleshoot and identify the root cause when issues arise.
5. Apply quantitative problem solving and corrective action methods.
6. Effectively communicate the test results, findings, and recommendations.
