Lead Test Operations and Backend Manufacturing to support business growth, operational excellence, and manufacturing efficiency. Drive continuous improvement in cost, quality, productivity, automation, and capacity readiness while ensuring achievement of key operational KPIs and AOP targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Lead Test Operations and Backend Manufacturing.
+ Drive manufacturing cost reduction and operational improvement initiatives.
+ Monitor and improve key KPIs including LOH, Unit Cost, OTD, OEE, Process Cycle Time, and Yield.
+ Drive automation, digitalization, and data-driven process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
+ Develop automation and smart manufacturing solutions to improve operational performance and reporting efficiency.
+ Ensure facility and capacity readiness to support production and revenue plans.
